At Watson & Wallie, every treat begins with care — and a reason.
Our journey started over 25 years ago in our own kitchen, baking for dogs we loved when the right treats simply didn’t exist. That purpose still guides everything we make today.

Every Treat Has a Story. And a Purpose.

When our dog Sydney was diagnosed with kidney disease, we couldn’t find treats that met her needs. So we baked our own. When Watson later faced Cushing’s disease and diabetes, we did the same — creating low-sugar, thoughtfully formulated treats that supported his health without compromise.

Most recently, Hannah inspired our continued return to the kitchen. Her paw licking and ear irritation led us to better understand yeast imbalance — and how sugar and carbohydrates play a role. Once again, we chose to make something better. Each recipe we create is born from love, necessity, and a commitment to do right by our dogs — and yours.

Watson & Wallie is proudly an Iowa-based dog treat company, rooted in small-batch baking, simple ingredients, and a belief that dogs deserve food made with care and intention.

We bake in small runs so we can stay close to each recipe and ensure consistency from one batch to the next — from sourcing ingredients to baking and packaging. Our treats are made with real, recognizable ingredients like sweet potatoes, pumpkin, apples, oats, and vegetables, without unnecessary fillers or artificial additives.

Watson & Wallie has grown steadily through farmers markets, local events, and neighborhood shops across Iowa and the Midwest. Many of our customers first discovered us face-to-face — asking questions, sharing stories, and trusting us with their dogs.

We’ve chosen to stay focused rather than chase trends or rapid expansion, refining our recipes and building a brand that feels dependable and familiar.
